4. Ordering & Payment Terms

Getting your games to you quickly and securely is our priority:

• We process orders within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation

• Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50 via EMS (15-25 business days after shipment)

International Orders:

We proudly serve gamers worldwide (excluding Asia and select remote areas). International customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes. Please check your country’s import regulations before ordering.

Delivery Issues:

6. Returns, Exchanges & Defective Games

• Return Window: 15 days from delivery date
• Condition: Items must be unplayed and in original packaging
• Return Shipping: Customer responsibility unless we made an error
• Refund Processing: 5-7 business days after we receive your return

Non-Returnable Items:

To maintain our publisher partnerships, we cannot accept returns for:

• Opened or played games (unless defective)
• Collector’s editions or limited print runs
• Games with damaged shrink wrap (considered opened)
• Kickstarter or crowdfunded games with exclusive content

Defective Components:

International Returns:

International customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Please mark packages as “Returned Goods” to avoid customs fees. Refunds are issued in USD.
