- Condition: Items must be unplayed and in original packaging
- Return Shipping: Customer responsible unless we made an error
- Refund Processing: 5-7 business days after we receive your return
The Return & Exchange Process

Our team will review your request and send return instructions within 2 business days. Please don’t ship anything back until you receive authorization.
Include all original components, manuals, and packaging. For exchanges, clearly note which game you’d like instead.

- Bank Processing: Additional 2-5 business days for the refund to appear in your account
- Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
Important Notes for Our Gaming Community
Non-Returnable Items: Based on our partnerships with premium publishers like 25th Century Games, AEG, Asmodee, Bezier Games, and other specialty publishers, the following cannot be returned:
- Opened or played games (unless defective)
- Collector’s editions or limited print runs
- Games with damaged shrink wrap (considered opened)
- Kickstarter or crowdfunded games with exclusive content
Defective Components: If you receive a game with missing or damaged pieces, contact us immediately. We’ll work with our publisher partners to get you replacement parts!
International Returns
Since we serve gamers worldwide (excluding Asia and select remote areas):
- International customers are responsible for return shipping costs
- Please mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid customs fees
- Refunds will be issued in USD
